Cajun Shrimp Orecchiette

Very good combination. Love the pasta choice! I added mushrooms and red peppers, which I am thinking could have made the sauce a little too runny. I just added some Wondra flour to fix that. Added some feta cheese to make it even more interesting. Will definitely make again!

This was to die for!!! Usually, I am a little skeptical of a recipe with not a lot of reviews...soooo glad I took the risk b/c it was WELL worth it! I followed the recipe exactly as listed.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

I made this dish for several get-togethers....it was a HIT each time! I suggest substituting tomato paste in place of the tomato sauce. The paste allows the marinade to stick to the shimp much better.

Pepperoni Rolls

I live in western PA and these were very different from what I am used to having around here, but loved the taste. Next time, I plan to take advice from others and add cheese. My kids complained that there wasn't enough pepperoni and too much dough, so the next time I will be adding more.

Flat Iron Steak with Mushrooms

YUM!!!! While the steaks were keeping warm in the oven, I topped the steaks with goat cheese. I also served this with spaetzle...it soaks up the sauce. Thanks for sharing!
