Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2011
The ultimate comfort food. I doubled the sauce, used 1 cup of potatoes, and because we aren't celery or pea people, I omitted the celery and added just enough peas for color. Thank you Robbie for sharing this recipe! I am certain it is great as written! I have to tweak everything for my guys :)

My husband said it was the best pumpkin pie he had ever eaten. Didn't have the heart to tell him. It's just that good. No more pumpkin for me!!!!

Strawberry Trifle

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2009
This was absolutely awesome!!! I'm sure it is great following the recipe but I made these changes: Left out the bananas and used 2 lbs (or more) of fresh strawberries (I don't think you can have too many), sliced them & added 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar to make them syrupy and used extra creamy non-dairy whipped topping. The perfect summer-time dessert. And it's pretty, too : )

Candy Bar Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
Love these brownies and have made them numerous times! The only reason for four stars is that I only use 1/2 cup of margarine - otherwise no changes and if not for that I would rate them a 10!!! The margarine I use is 53% vegetable oil. I'm sure different margarines will produce varied results and using the entire can of sweetened condensed milk will certainly make them greasy. I make them with Snickers or Milky Way. Both versions are excellent. This is my 'go to' brownie recipe. Everyone I have ever made them for raves about these brownies!
