Chicken with Quinoa and Veggies

A great combination of flavors. As everyone does, we modified the recipe slightly but didn't stray far. The finishing touches of feta, basil and lime are really what make it great!

Easy Cajun Grilled Veggies

We used only zucchini as it's all we had, but the coating/marinade was delicious. We grilled in an aluminum foil packet alongside chicken. A great meal!

An Italian friend of mine makes her chicken parmesan with sauce from scratch and even makes her own bread crumbs ... and this recipe is just as good as hers! Excellent!

Monte Cristo Sandwich - the Real One

Feta Chicken

We enjoyed the flavors of this recipe but found that it didn't brown at all. Next time we will try adding a touch of oil or try spraying the breaded tops with cooking spray before baking.

We really enjoyed the garlic/basil flavor, but our family found the recipe calls for too much salt for our taste. Cut it down if you're sensitive to salt. Otherwise, they were delicious.
