Peanut Butter Cookie Cups

Super Good and Super Easy!!...These are better the next day when the Chocolate has completly set again. My kids can eat a whole batch in a few short hours, I have to hide them to make them last for the holidays and they are still the first to go. I never make less than 2 batches at a time. Thank you for the recipe.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Very good recipe, time consuming but to be expected with au gratin potatoes. The onions were still a little firming then I preffer after baking for 1 hour. Next time I will saute the onions and add some bacon. The flavor is good but, need a little something extra......that's where the bacon and sauted onions will come in. Will make again with some adjustments.

Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

Very good....I have made twice and both times they were gone very quickly. Very easu recipe, there is a bit of a baking soda taste when they are warm but goes away after they have cooled. I add 1/2 cup extra chocolate chips and 1/2 extra marshmallows. Try this recipe, you will be glad you did.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

My family loved this recipe. This would be a very elegant meal to serve to company. Garlic mashed potatoes compliment the gravy and is the perfect side. This dish is so easy to make there is no reason not to try it at least once and you will be glad you did. I do not know of any other meat that cooks in less than an hour yet is so tender. this recipe is a keeper.

Texas Sheet Cake V

This is better than cake. I love Texa sheet cake. There is a recipe on this site for white texas sheet cake that is just as good as this one. If you have never made Texas sheet cake before you must try it at least once, you will be glad you did. This cake is even better the next day. Make sure you have the frosting ready to go when this comes out of the oven, but do not have your frosting ready to early or it will dry out. I use less powder sugar than what it calls for so it is not so stiff. Enjoy, this recipe is a keeper.

Sweet Marie Bars

Very good...do not over heat the sugar/syrup mixture or you will end up with dryer krispy treats. I add a square of chocolate to the frosting instead of cocoa powder and it turned out great. Will make again.

White Texas Sheet Cake

Very Good, this is a nice change from white/chocolate cake and a good variation of the chocolate sheet cake. The frosting will become to dry with 4 1/2 cups of sugar you need to reduce the sugar to 3 1/4 cups or add more milk to have a creamy consitancy. Thanks for sharing.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

THIS WAS A WONDERFUL DISH!! I put the stuffing in muffin tins and made stuffing balls, I like the crisp out side and the individual serving's. You can add other things to this recipe as well. Next time I will use a smaller amount when using frsh spices, the sage got stronger than I preffer, but everyone loved this recipe. I too, like others used sage sausage.

Blue Cheese Burgers

VERY VERY GOOD! I only used 2 pounds of hamburger with the same amount of seasoning and cheese for 3 pounds and it was very good. Very moist burgers. Will definetly make again. Thank you.

Cheesecake Supreme

THIS WAS WONDERFUL!! IT CAME OUT PERFECT I DID THE WATER BATH FOR 3 HOURS AND THEN LEFT IT IN THE OVEN TO COOL DOWN FOR AN HOUR THEN REFRIDGERATED OVERNIGHT AND IT WAS PERFECT. NO CRACKING. MY HUSBAND HAS BRAGGED TO EVERYONE ABOUT MY WONDERFUL CHEESECAKE!!
