Best Brownies

This was great. I would have to agree with those who said this is more of a "cake" texture rather than the brownie texture. My husband wasn't quite sure what they were when he found them on the counter(I was out grocery shopping) but his response when I got home was "I don't care what they heck they are, you can make them ANYTIME!"

Oatmeal Molasses Bread

I love this bread. It turned out very good even though I forgot to let it rise twice. It was a little doughy the day it was baked, but the next day it was perfect. It's very tasty and it's become one of my families favorite bread recipes!

Broccoli, Pepperoni and Three Cheese Calzones

I used this recipe just for the crust part(I just use pepperoni & cheese for filling), but the crust is phenomenal! I LOVE it!!! My husband works a job where he is always in a truck & doesn't have time to stop and eat but these are great because he can take them with him.

Delicious Rosemary Bread

This is a fantastic recipe! It won a blue ribbon at my county fair! I make it just as is, the only thing I do different is put a dusting of corn meal on the cookie sheet before I put the loaves on. They turn out great! One warning though, be sure to let them cool before you cut them! Otherwise they get very very flat. Also, if you like a change once in a while, put all the rosemary in the bread & sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Turns out amazing!

Mulberry Pie

This is a fantastic recipe. I tried it not expecting much, but it turned out amazing. My husband(who doesn't like berries) even loved it. I altered it a bit based off of other reviews and used less sugar and more flour and it was perfect. The consistency was just right, not runny at all. I never knew you could cook them with the stems attached!
