Grandma Winnie's Turkey Stuffing
On top of being super delicious, it was totally easy to make! For the turkey stock, I simply boiled the neck and gizzards included in the turkey with celery and onions and used that. I think that the turkey stock completes this dish and gives it that sweetness. Also, I gave the mix a stir every 20 min or so, to make some of it crispy.

A Simply Perfect Roast Turkey
I had such fears roasting such a big bird, especially for the first time, but this recipe totally helped me out. The turkey turned out succulent, juicy and simply delicious. Like many others, I did not put stuffing in the bird, but i made it separately. One mistake I did was to either use too many lemons or should have not left the lemon wholes in the turkey/tray. It made my gravy a lil bitter. Otherwise, it turned out exceptional. Thanks for sharing!

Shepherd's Pie VI
The addition of beef stock and flour made all the difference in this recipe. I didn't have beef stock so I just used beef cubes diluted in water. My pie turned out superb and everyone was raving about it. Thank you for sharing!
