Italian Almond Cookies II

hmmm, very good taste....BUT mine did NOT turn out even close to resembling the picture. Mine were flat as a pancake, so I added a little more flour to see if that would help....nope....I am going to keep playing around with this...they are pretty darn tasty though!!

Cola Pot Roast II

Perfect, I will not try any other pot roast recipe ever again. I added mushrooms and peeled diced potatos and put it all in the crockpot on low for 7 hours. It was so moist we could cut it with a fork and our boys loved it too.

Apple Pumpkin Muffins

Very very yummy. I made the changes as other reviewers had about the whole wheat flour and apple sauce. Will make these again. And next time I will use better apples, mine were not baking apples and were not sweet enough.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

oh my goodness. Very very good. I will make this again! I added a bit more peanut butter than called for but other than that I followed it to a T. Great flavor and crowd pleaser.

Fresh Peach Sauce

made this to put over an angel food cake. It was a bit bland and almost too sweet, but still yummy. Next time I wont put as much sugar in it and may put more peaches in. We served over the angel food slices and covered with whipped cream.

Bread Machine Bagels

pretty darn heavy bagels, I was hoping they would be a bit lighter. I may make them again. I sprinkled parmesean cheese on half of the bagels and then mixed cinnamon sugar and raisens in the other half. The kids loved them, but I felt they were too dense.

Fluffy White Frosting

eh, so so. Dried very quickly on the cupcakes, I guess we left them out to long? They harded up and the frosting cracked all over and wasn't edible anymore. Maybe my mistake.

Strawberry Pie II

absolutly wonderful. I put a layer of Chocolate Ganache on the bottom, because I was worried that the strawberries my make the crust soggy. It was very yummy and it was eaten up so fast. People couldnt stop complimenting how good it was.
