That's a tough one. I'm always willing to try anything once. My personality favors more of the Baking and Pastries side of the culinary world... I guess that kind of puts me on the light side of the force... or the dark side for those of you who follow Atkins.

My cooking triumphs
Triumphs, huh? Well now, I don't usually use the word triumph a lot, but succeding is a good word. I'm always happy when I can try a new recipe and after only a few, or even one try get it to the way I like it... the problem with that is that the way I cook usually makes my recipes evolve everytime I work with something...
My cooking tragedies
My cooking escapades, like many other people, are full of good points, and bad. Yes there have been times when I've flunked myself for no reason, usually stemming from my lack of a good memory... The worst thing that has ever happened, except for a few times being stabbed with a slipped knife, is that I've forgotton that I put something in the oven, cookies for example, and it's come out more as an experiment on charcoal than as an edible food product.
