Chicken and Feta Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2013
This was VERY good! Flavorful, moist, and ready in a snap! I don't do bread (gotta watch my girl-ish figure) so I put it on a salad instead. Thank you!

Strawberry and Feta Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2011
Ok, that was AWESOME!!! I took the suggestions of other reviewers and 1/2d the oil (good suggestion). I used pomegranate vinegar because my raspberry vinegar was flat and, well, pomegranate is the new raspberry! :-) Thanks for a tasty, healthy idea! Tomorrow I am going to have the salad for lunch with some grilled chicken on top. Can't wait!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2011
I give it 5 stars as I made it -- added broccoli and cheddar cheese. My boyfriend kept saying "mmmm" while he was eating it and said it was "warm in his tummy." :-) Thanks!

Great flavor, wonderful texture. Not too sweet, unlike my previous recipe. This will be my go-to cream cheese frosting!

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: May 10, 2010
Of the three quiches I made for Mother's Day brunch, this was the one everyone raved about. I only used 1/2 the onion, but followed the remainder of the recipe to the letter. It was so flavorful! Great recipe ... thanks!

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2010
AMAZING! I was asked to make a carrot cake for a family member's birthday. Three of the six of us who celebrated (including myself) do not like carrot cake but we are all converts now! It was fabulous! I made a 9" 2-layer cake (baked for 35 minutes) and doubled the frosting recipe. Thanks for this keeper!!!

Amazing! My friends could not get enough of it! We omitted garbanzo beans but don't know what they would have added, anyway. Easy and perfect!

Breaded Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
I haven't tried this recipe but my mother used to make this when I was a kid, except she added some minced garlic. Maybe this recipe is the reason I grew up loving brussel sprouts!

Special Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: May 4, 2008
Excellent texture for decorating. I used 1/2 shortening and 1/2 butter which gave a light butter color so could only use for colored decorations. Next time will use all shortening and add butter extract to use for frosting. Definitely better than Wilton recipe ... doesn't dry out and crack. This is my new standard buttercream!
