Aioli

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2010
I love the basic overview of the recipe, however, I agree with the other reviewers....the garlic is sooo0o overwhelming it stings. I also ultimately added mayo and more lemon in attempts to combat the pungent flavor. I will make this again, but I think perhaps I will half and saute the garlic to give the aioli a more subtle taste.

Onion Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2008
I love this recipe...I make it consistently, but with additional changes. I typically cut back on the oil and butter and substitute with butter flavor pam. I also add zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, fresh parsley & basil, and top with Asiago cheese. So wonderful and filling.

So good...very similar to shrimp scampi, but not quite the same. My husband loves when I make this dish...and I personally love anything involving shrimp, wine, and lemon. This is really great -- thanks!

Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2008
Nothing says Saturday mornings like getting fresh blueberries from the farmer's market and making pancakes. The only change I made was using real sugar, rather than the sweetener. My husband and I make these frequently...thanks for the great recipe! We love it!!

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2008
Great base recipe...although I made several alterations. I cut the mayo down to about 1/8 cup, as we're not huge fans of anything overly creamy. I also soaked raw, red onions in a 1/4 cup of sherry vinegar, which was added to the pasta mixture, along with blanched asparagus & broccoli, goat cheese, pan fried prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, and olives. Wonderful!

Great flavor. I pounded the chicken to 1/4" thick and served it in a sandwich with harvarti and deli mustard...A nice twist on chicken.

Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2008
I receive soo0o many compliments on these delicious little eggs! They truly taste better than store bought easter candy. I used the best all natural crunchy peanut butter I could find, and cut the sugar in half, per the other suggestions. They were still very, very sweet, but definitely wonderful. Will make again next year. Thanks for the recipe!

Pecan Sweet Roll Rings

5 stars just for being so easy to make...not to mention the great taste! The only adjustment I made was cutting back on the syrup. I used half as much as the recipe calls for and still found it quite sweet. I'll definitely make these again for a special breakfast -- thanks!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

I was running out of ways to spice up chicken, then I found this decadent recipe. I actually used split chicken breasts and stuffed them with cheese, fresh, wilted spinch and tucked two strips of bacon over the top. They came out baked to perfection
