Gingerbread Men

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2012
So easy and most of all delicious. I made the dough in advance and rolled it between wax paper and froze it. When my angel grandchildren come over all we have to do is cut out and bake! Thank you for the best gingerbread. The pudding gives it a mild taste and not overwhelming like it is when mollases is used! This is our favorite!

So easy and fabulous taste! I used 3/4 stick margarine and added cinammon to apples!!!!! Crust nice and crunchy with less butter/margarine. I also cut apples in larger slices and they did real well!!!!! This is a keeper!

Out of this world! I experimented with muffins with the batter and made 6 to try. They came out fabulous! I filled to the top and baked for 15 minutes. So pretty either upright or upside down! Should make at least 36 I would imagine!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2009
The best!!! I coated the blueberries with flour then shook off excess so that they did not sink to bottom or make batter blue!! I would bake them on a cookie sheet in middle of oven next time because some of the bottoms burned!! The best tasting muffin ever!! I didn't use the topping just baked plain and they were fabulous, thank you

Italian Anisette Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2009
I have shared this recipe with so many. I made a minor change in that I don't ice while warm. I have gone thru 10 pounds of flour in 1 month since I make a batch every other day. All my co workers ask for more and more and more, I finally just gave them the recipe!! The best cookie ever. Bake the first batch at 9 min, then 8 min. Perfect!!!
