Tomato Mozzarella Salad

This was delicious. It tasted straight out of a NY Deli. I did add more salt and garlic.

Ok I made a bunch of changes only because I was in a bind and did an ingredient search and this was the closest to what I had on hand. I did not use a pie crust. I had boneless chicken thighs that I boiled while simmering the milk soup and veggies. I tore up the chicken and put it in a 9 x 13 pyrex. I poured the soup mixture on top and took the biscuits and rolled them into little dumplings and pushed them in the mixture. I cooked it for 15 miutes. I got rave reviews. Thanks for saving dinner.

Eggplant Parmesan II

I sweat the egg plant 30 minutes than rinsed with cold water and towel dried, I put breaded eggplant on cookies sheets at 450 for 5 min each side, than I followed recipe to a tee. Yummo. This is so good.

Deviled Eggs

These came out too sweet for my taste I like a spicier deviled egg. In fairness I did change to 6 servings and it increased the sugar, next time I will skip the sugar and add paprika in the egg mix.
