I made this last night and it was very, very tasty, and pretty. I added some tomatoes to it like someone else said they did. It was so good, I'm making some more for potluck at church tomorrow! Its a keeper!

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2008
This was soooooo good. I just made some. I like spicy so I took other people's advice and put in two peppers. I also upped my cilantro and added some cumin. I was going to take a picture, but I ate it before I could. Next time maybe, but no promises!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2007
First of all, I don't make apple pie. I don't make apple pie because I HATE, HATE, HATE peeling apples. But probably by Divine intervention, this recipe showed up on a search for another kind of pie. I read the reviews and they all sounded so pleased with the pie. So I decided, fine, I'll peel some apples! It turns out that this recipe is my cure for my dread of apple-peeling. Its AMAZING! SOOOOOOOOOO good. I didn't even get to take a picture because it came out so good, I cut it before I realized I could have taken a picture. My husband thinks it should be called the "better than sex apple pie" I actually agree with him. I see many days of apple-peeling ahead!

Fresh Semolina and Egg Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2009
I'm not buying store pasta anymore, that's for sure. This was sooooo easy to make and shamelessly delicious. I made ravioli and tortellini all filled with ricotta and pesto. It was hard to stop myself from eating it.

AMAZING!!!!!!!! It is sooooo good! Made this for the first time this weekend and it was perfect! I agree with everyone who said it is highly addictive. I used air-popped corn and put it in the oven for 45 mins., with 15 min. stirring intervals. Its is just SOOOOO good!

Buttermilk Pound Cake II

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2010
This has got to be the best pound cake I've ever made! I used cake flour and folded in the whipped egg whites. Moist and delicious and the most tender crumb. I baked two 9" rounds from the recipe and decorated with whipped cream cheese frosting and modeling chocolate. So good!

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
This was so good! I sauted some onion and a chopped portabello mushroom then added the tomato and continued from there. I also used half and half to still have it creamy, but at least not as fatty as heavy cream. It was cooked in no time! And eaten in no time too! I see myself making this very, very often. Oh! I also added the spinach after to get it just wilted.
