Subbed applesauce for butter to make low fat. Absolutely fantastic! Doubled recipe, it made 3 8X4 disposible loaf pans (baked 50 min). For all of us who need to indulge in something that tastes soooo good and is actually healthy. Thanks Carol.

Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)

Is there a better word than perfect??? No size was specified, and we can only get XL eggs at the Carlisle, PA Commissary so I let them go for 18 min. Shells slipped right off leaving a perfect egg with no dings or dents!

Apple Cake IV

Extra apples???? Had to go out and buy more just to make this fantastic cake again! Doubled the cinnamon, and diced the apples, peels and all. We can't get enough of it.
