Traditional Osso Buco
I "Simon-and-Garfunkled" this recipe with some parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme then stayed true to the rest of the recipe ... DEEE-LISH!!

Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers
Ok...I'm not even kidding, this is delish! I've made them several times exactly as instructed, but this time, I didn't realize I didn't have a few things on hand so I had to improvise. First, I used red instead of green peppers (which I prefer anyway), still tasted amazing. Next, I was out of white rice so I subbed instant - WHOA- cut the prep-time in a major way! Then, I realized I only had 1/4 of the sauce, so I incorporated a bit of boiled water swished around in the can of sauce and seasoned with some taco seasoning...just to moisten the meat/rice mixture. In honor of the taco seasoning, I topped it all off with Tex-Mex shredded cheese and it was just perfect! :) Oh, I also added a dash of Worcestershire sauce just 'cuz, and used a fresh garlic clove in addition to the garlic powder.

Banana Oat Muffins
This is yummy as is! Oh...I threw in a handful of semisweet chocolate chips. My 3 year old approved! Next time, I`ll try with applesauce instead of oil.
