Honey Rosemary Carrots

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2013
Made it exactly as listed and was VERY impressed! Even better - my two kids devoured theirs. Will definitely include this in our regular veggie rotation. Love the sweet taste made with a natural ingredient.

Pasta with Peas and Sausage

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2010
The sauce was a little runny at first, but once it sat for about 5 minutes, it turned out perfectly! It's a bit high-calorie for me, but well worth it. I'll try suggestions for a lower-cal/lower-fat version next time. A fantastic treat!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2010
A little on the salty side, but my 15 month old and 3 year old devoured an entire skewer's worth! Fantastic marinade!

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2010
The burgers were only average - they fell apart quite easily while cooking and didn't have enough flavor for me. Also, the bacon didn't cook quickly enough, as did the meat, so it wasn't crunchy enough. I think next time I'll just make my regular burger recipe, make the bacon and slap it on top!

I couldn't find tahini in our grocery store, but it still tasted great without it! Yum!

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2010
Adjusted the recipe according to suggestions. With the changes it is a 5 star recipe, but as written, I give it 4. Crock pot ribs are the way to go though!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2010
It is the best - I've shared this recipe with many people and everyone agrees it couldn't be better. I also use the marinade on the veggies we pair with the steak...makes the meal even better!

Grilled Mahi Mahi with Roasted Pepper Sauce and Cilantro Pesto

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2010
This was phenomenal! It was restaurant-quality food made right in my own kitchen. I'm on a cilantro kick, so the pesto was absolutely perfect. Even my fish-wary husband begged me to make it again, "just the same way." Thanks for a fantastic recipe!

Best Brownies

Fudge-y, moist and absolutely delicious! I didn't do the frosting becauser they are perfect enough as is. I also did NOT blend - just mixed with a wooden spoon. Turned out perfectly!

It really is the perfect basic burger recipe! I add a little dry minced onion and garlic for an extra kick.

Chicken and Sausage with Bowties

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2008
Not enough sauce and not very much flavor. I wasn't thrilled - neither was my husband. It wasn't terrible, but nothing exciting to it.
