Jo's Rosemary Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
Excellent tender bread. I used the dough cycle of my bread machine and then baked for 30 min. at 375. I used a good quality olive oil and Zaatar seasoning for dipping.

Strawberry Cream Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2007
Very good! I used an 8 oz. container of cool whip instead of the recommended 16 oz. size. The 16 oz. size would have been too much for my 13/9 pan. Using the 8 oz. size the jello topping came right to the top of the pan.

Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2007
I omitted bananas and used a can of cherry pie filling on top. I also used a graham cracker crust instead of the vanilla wafers. My guests loved it.

Cube Steak Parmesan

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2007
A great way to use tenderized round steak! I did have to double the amount of cracker/parmesan mixture. I also used fresh ground parmesan/romano mix.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Reviewed: May 28, 2007
My son said this was the best apple pie he had ever eaten. I did as some reviewers suggested and poured the syrup in and then put on the lattice. I brushed the lattice with syrup for browning.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: May 28, 2007
These brownies are great and turn out every time. I do add a teaspoon or two of milk or cream to the frosting. Without a little milk the frosting is quite stiff.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2007
Excellent recipe. My family loved it. I used the extra thin lasagna noodles. I did not cook the noodles in advance and the dish came out fine.
