This is a great, flavorful pasta recipe. I use marinated artichokes with the marinade, and each time I make it, I add different ingredients; mushrooms, black olives - sliced, sun dried tomatoes, canned tomatoes, etc. It's one of those recipes that you can have fun with! Thanks for sharing this one!!

Curried Quinoa

Great flavor! My family isn't a huge fan of ancho chile flavor, so I omitted it, but the curry flavor was fantastic. Will definitely make this one again! Thanks for sharing.

Roasted Yams

Great way to add a little fun to your meal! I've made these exactly as stated, and I've also spiced them up a bit with various seasonings - garlic, seasoned salt, spinach & herb, etc. This is one that you can really have fun with! Thanks for sharing!

Greek Penne and Chicken

Excellent! I tried to make this a little healthier by using olive oil instead of butter; whole wheat penne pasta; more vegetables, such as mushrooms, green and red peppers and black olives. The flavors were fantastic! My family wants to see this one on our table again. Thanks Jennifer!!

Paradise Pumpkin Pie II

This was one of the best pumpkin pies that I have ever made! I will be making this a Thanksgiving "must have" from now on. My hubby loved it! I followed the recipe exactly (which I seldom do!) and as others have stated, there is a lot of pumpkin filling, so I just didn't use it all. Fantastic recipe!

Savory Grilled Potatoes

These are simply delicious! After reading the other comments, I made a double batch. The only addition I made was to add fresh snipped garlic chives to the foil packets. This is truly one of the best recipes I have tried for grilled potatoes. Thanks so much for sharing this one!

Pesto Chicken Florentine

Absolutely delicious and easy - a great quick meal that tastes like a lot of time went into it. I used homemade pesto...other than that, I followed the recipe exactly as written. Thanks for sharing!

Super Grouper

This was excellent - I also used Old Bay Seasoning, instead of the other spices. I baked the grouper for 10 minutes and then put the oven on broil - until fish looked done, and flaked easily. The best recipe I've used for grouper!

Ugly Dip

This dip is a keeper! I made it according to the recipe...and it was wonderful. Then, I added a few extra ingredients - sliced black olives and diced jalapenos. I served it with corn chips (a.k.a. Fritos Scoops). Easy to make and great to serve at a party. Thanks for sharing!

Triple Threat Fruit Smoothie

Best Wild Rice Salad

Ten Clove Garlic Marinade

Absolutely wonderful! I used this marinade on thick boneless pork chops - put in my Foodsaver to marinade for about 30 minutes - cooked on the grill, and the rest is history! The best marinade for pork that I've used. This one is definitely a "keeper". Thank you!

Wild Rice Chowder

Excellent soup/chowder. The only addition I made was to add fresh sliced mushrooms. The flavor was fantastic. I skipped the "puree" step because I felt the consistency was great the way it was. This is definitely a "keeper" recipe. Thanks for sharing this one!

Florentine Curried Chicken

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Wonderful! In a crunch, I used frozen berries from the store and it didn't change anything. I've made this with fresh fruit also, and both cases this recipe turns out fantastic. No changes needed at all! :)
