Very good! My son says it's better than Cracker Barrell! Will definitely make again.

Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2006
This is a very easy way to fry boneless chicken breasts. Chicken stayed moist and tender....all you need is some milk gravy and homemade biscuits to go with it!

Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2006
This is just as good as Olive Garden. I used fresh Italian Sausage (cooked and crumbled) instead of the smoked sausage. Also, added about 1 cup of half & half. Next time I'll use a bit more potato. Delicious!!!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2006
This is truly for chocolate lovers only. I couldn't wait until it cooled, so we had a slice while it was still hot. It was OK hot, but very good after it cooled. I think I'll use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet chips next time.

Joanne's Super Hero Sandwich

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2006
This is a really good sandwich and you could use your preference of meats and cheeses. We added a little onion and yellow pepper rings. I'll use individual small buns like kaiser rolls next time...maybe a little more vinegar and oil mixture, too. Thanks for this one!!!

This dish was very tasty, but not one that I'd make very often.

Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2006
This was very easy and delicious. I always order this when we go to Outback, and it is very close. I used a little more bacon, a little less cheese, and a bit less sauce. Thanks for this recipe! You did good!

Baked Ziti II

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2006
This is very easy, which I like, but the taste needs a little something, maybe more Italian spices, or some Italian sausage. Will make again, but add something and delete some of the ricotta...too much for my liking.

Pan-Seared Chicken Breasts with Shallots

This is a great recipe , quick and easy. I added some mushrooms. Next time I'll make extra sauce. I served it with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Definitely a keeper for my recipe box.

Holy Smoked Bacon and Mushroom Penne

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2007
This is a tasty recipe. I didn't use as much cheese as it called for, but the flavor was plentiful. Next time I'll try a different pasta.

Angel Hair Pasta Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2007
I loved this recipe. Added a bit of salt and pepper, maybe a little more olive oil than called for, but otherwise thought it was excellent. I'll make it again. Sad that others rate it "bland"...do they not have any common sense to add a bit of salt?

Gingerbread Pear Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2007
I loved this recipe! It was SO easy and delicious. I chopped the pecans so it didn't look as beautiful as Cheepchick's photo, but it disappeared so quickly, no one even noticed. I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe! Thanks Mallinda!!!!

A friend of mine gave these in my Christmas goodie bag this year, but she used white chocolate as the coating instead of regular and they were not only beautiful but delicious as well.

Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2011
This was SO delicious!! In place of the tomatoes and tomato sauce I used a large can of diced tomatoes with the juice. I also didn't have green bell pepper, but it wasn't missed. A loaf of crusty bread is all you need to go with this! Thanks for this recipe, Tim!!!
