My husband and I really enjoyed this. I followed the advice of others and used 1 can cream of chicken, and 1 can cream of celery. I seasoned the chicken with onion powder, garlic salt, and paprika. I also used 1 and 1/2 cans of chicken stock, and added celery, and frozen peas and carrots. The only thing I could have done without were the "dumplings". They weren't bad, but they did not taste like dumplings. Maybe next time, I will pop them in the oven before adding them to the chicken, or better yet, I will omit them altogether, and serve the chicken over baked pastry shells or toast. Overall, a great recipe...will definitely make again!
