This is a pretty good recipe, except that I found these to be too sweet, even for my taste. I will be making these again, only I think I will use only 1 cup of sugar in the filling. I made mine in an 8 x 11 pan, and the only adjustment was that I had to bake the crust and the filling/crust each an extra 10 minutes. I would recommend not adding extra lemon juice, unless you want these really tart, 2 average sized lemons will do just fine. Other than that, these had a really nice texture, and were very easy to make. Dusted with powdered sugar, and they looked perfect.
