Tasty Grilled Hoisin Chicken
I made chicken thighs using this recipe. I also baked them at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. They turned out well. I served them alongside steamed white rice, and Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup from this site. My husband and son really liked them, but my daughter did not. I thought they were pretty good. In all fairness, these are probably better grilled as the recipe states to do, unfortunately, baking them was my only option.

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup
Great recipe. I skip the chives, but I don't think it takes away from the taste of the soup. It's a cheap and easy soup to make. My kds love it!

Basic Crepes
So glad I tried this! I followed the advice of another reviewer and first mixed the eggs, milk and water, then added the flour. I was always nervous to try making crepes because I thought I would mess them up, but these were so easy! I made them for my kids, and served them with a squeeze of lemon and powdered sugar. My kids(and husband) loved them! Will make again for sure...thanks for sharing!
