This is a quick and wonderful recipe! The only differences I did was used one large cucumber from garden and about 3 tbsp. of dill - we love dill. Delish served with crackers!

Oven Stew I

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
This is a great recipe when you have a bit of stuff and just want to put it all together. I modified it somewhat: I added garlic and parsley; instead of tapioca, I added corn starch. I also added a cube of beef bouilion with the water as well as more water. I had some leftover homemade sauce that I threw in and cooked it all at 300 for 2.5 hrs. Turned out yummy! My husband ate it up!

Bow-Tie Pasta With Red Pepper Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2010
This was TASTEEEE! It was a nice twist the regular tomato sauce. Next time, after I puree the sauce which I'll probably make more of, too - I plan to put it back in the pot and add Italian Sausage to spice it up even more! Husband and 2 year old ate it all up! Thanks!
