Potato Salmon Patties

Reviewed: May 7, 2011
UPDATE: These make AWESOME salmon rolls for lunch. Instead of creating patties I just cook the entire batch in the pan like hamburger meat. I placed it on flat out bread with some cheese, spinach leaves, and horseradish sauce... rolled it up and it was soooo good. I ate it everyday for lunch, and its healthy.

Chicken Puffs

This was great. My whole family loved them, my husband called me Martha Stewart. The only change I made was to add chopped fresh spinach into the mix to make it a bit healthier. They also taste really good cold the next day.

very good recipe. I made a few changes. I also used chicken broth instead of water as other suggested and I added some carrots for preference. Very good, dumplings were PERFECT!

My kids loved this and my husband also thought it was great. I personally thought it was a little too sweet from the sweet corn, but Im not a big fan of creamed corn.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2006
pretty good BBQ. not the best I ever had, but not the worst either. the "flavor" hadn't set in to the meat after the recommended cooking time, so I cooked it for another 24 hrs. Better after more time under the heat (like most BBQ is).

Venison Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2006
Oh soo good. One of the best chili's I've ever made. I left out the cilantro (simply because I don't like it). I was a little short on red wine too, but it was all ok in the end. Loved this one!

This was very good, qucik and easy. my husband and kids hate mushrooms so I didnt add them, I wish I could have. I did add the cream of mushroom and they didnt notice. Everyone loved it, of course I added a few extra spices to give it a little kick. I will make this again.
