The best thing that every happened to me was my 3 children. Can't feed 3 kids unless you get in the kitchen! They make the most honest reviewers as well!!!

I don't have a favorite thing to cook, it all depends on what we are in the mood for. If you want Asian and you make Italian, it's not going to be nearly as good as when you make Italian and your craving Italian.

My dads from Texas, My mom is from Kentucky... just about anything from A-Z is a tradition in our family.

Beef Stroganoff III
OMGosh! This is wonderful! I use chuck roast for a lot of things (including stir fry's, fajiata's, and ect), it's a wonderful cut of meat and I learned it's very economical while raising my 3 kids that were in sports and ate like 6 kids instead of 3 That's why I chose this recipe to try. It was great the first time.. I wouldn't complain a bit. The 2nd time I made it I used beef consumme' instead of broth. 1 small vidalia onion and half the green onions... and I doubled the mushrooms, because I love them! This recipe is terrific all by itself... but it's also a great adaptable recipe for your own taste. Add parsley, rosemary, thyme? It's up to you.. it's a terrific recipe! I serve it over homemade or kluski noodles. And I love extra black pepper so it's always on the table. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Not shepherds pie as I know it. More like a green bean casserole. But very interesting. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

Egg in a Boat
I've been eating these, what we called "Monster Eyes" for 42 yrs. My first bite was at my best friends house, who is more like a sister to me even now. The only difference is we flip it one more time after the egg is broken into the toast. And we toast the cut outs to dip in the egg. Yummy!
