North Carolina-Style Pulled Pork

This was the best pulled pork I have ever tasted. I did not have the means to cook it properly so I used a slow cooker and Big Al's BBQ sauce. Earth became heaven the moment I bit into my sandwhich. Make this for your family and they will be calling you god!

Southern as You Can Get Collard Greens

This was my first time eating collard greens and I must say I am a fan. These were very tasty and had a lot fewer calories than Grandma Ollie-Belle's recipe.

Georgia Peach Homemade Ice Cream

This is a very solid recipe for any ice cream. I omitted the evaporated milk but only because I ran out of room in my ice cream maker. I have made this recipe with strawberries and coconut now and both were excellent.

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

This recipe was very easy and tasted just like the local Hawaiian BBQ restaurant. I did sear the pork in a large pan with some butter before I put it in the slow cooker.
