The jam has good flavor (It is NOT jelly) but do not make this recipe without pectin or it will be runny!

Sugar Cookie Frosting

After you make this frosting you will never make another frosting ever again! It hardens real nice for sugar cookies and sugar cookie cutouts.

Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Buns

These were spectacular! I ate them warm out of the oven so hopefully they are good warmed up. I would suggest a little more caramel on the top, there was only "just enough." To get more sauce, instead of mixing 3/4 butter with 3/4 brown sugar, you can mix 1 1/4 cup of butter with 1 1/4 cup of brown sugar.

Authentic Thai Cashew Chicken

Great recipe but I would suggest adding some peanut butter and some lime or lemon juice. The peanut butter made the sauce! The recipe was so good everyone was panicing they wouldn't get enough. For my veggies I used red and yellow peppers. I also added white pepper.

Sesame Chicken

This recipe was wonderful! I would suggest doubling the marinade so that there is a little more sauce. I didn't have rice wine so I used white coooking wine and it turned out great. I added green peppers, red peppers, and baby corn and served it over rice. I also added more salt to the recipe.
