New England Clam Chowder I

This was very good! I used 6 cups of clam broth and no water. I also sprinkled in a little Old Bay Seasoning as one reviewer suggested. Excellent!

Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash

This is my new favorite way to eat butternut squash! Used dried parsley instead of fresh but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. So good!

Nikol's Garlic Bruschetta

This was delicious! Even the kids loved it! It was gone in no time. I used Ciabatta bread instead of sourdough because that's what I had on hand.

Served these with chili at a Halloween party and they received rave reviews - from kids as well as adults! Very good and very easy! There were a few left over and my son took them in his lunch the next day. I would make them again for that reason alone! The only change I made was to slice the hot dogs into 1/2 inch slices.
