My cooking triumphs
Fine cut of rump roast served with Yorkshire pudding. The fine art of making a Dressing or Stuffing depending on what part of the Country you're from Y'all...that almost everyone likes:):)
My cooking tragedies
Sooooooooooooooooo many First time making oatmeal mindyou and read the recipe backwards---had concrete!! First time frying chicken, well first of all it was awful and second, my husband could not BELIEVE all the places I got flour...it was everywhere!! I leave the oven on all the time without setting timer because I tell myself I'll remember and don't..Lot of "overcooked" translated burned food...ha

Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)
Been doin this for years. Works great. Vinegar also helps "protect" the egg if it does crack during the boiling process. It helps prevent the white from coming out of the boiling egg.
