I had to give this a three because the original recipe was good but for my family I would have to change many things before serving it again. What I mean to say is what the other reviews said, "use as a base and be creative". For instance, the mushroom soup flavor really dominants so I will use cream of chicken next time. Also would double the recipe only because we like to have some left over, this only served one enchilada for almost 5 (had to skimp a little on one of the last tortilla fillings). If made with rice on the side one enchilada should be sufficient per person. Next time I will try adding black beans, fresh garlic, maybe a corn salsa. I guess the skys the limit, again use as a base and be creative to your own tastes.
