Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2009
I've used this recipe for years. If I have an orange on hand I like to add a little zest, makes it even yummier and moister.

Fruity Cookie Press Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2007
I remember my Mom making these cookies when I was growing up. I made the mistake of following some of the other reviewers suggestions and they turned out crappy. The second time I made these I followed the recipe (I used butter instead of margarine)and they turned out perfect. I did bake them at 400 and I took them out at 6 minutes and they were perfect doneness.

Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
This pie is fantastic!! My family requests I make it often. It is soooo easy also. The only change I made was I put the peanut butter cups in the freezer while preparing the pie and then I chopped them up in a food processor to make crumbs and sprinkled them over the top (I used only 6 for this). It is a rich dessert but awesome with a glass of milk.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2007
My family gobbled these right up. I browned them in an electric skillet and decided I did not want to dirty another dish, so after I browned them I removed them from the skillet, stirred in the sauce ingredient ( I doubled up on the ingredients per recomendations from other reviewers) then returned the chops to let them simmer for a while. Sauce was tasty with the added flavor of the pan drippings.

All American Roast Beef

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2007
Excellent roast! I had read in earlier reviews to add a little bit of liquid or put the roast on a rack. I did add a bit of beef broth and since I did not have a rack that would fit in the pan i was roasting in, I made one with onion slices. It worked wonderfully. My cooking time was a bit longer (even for medium rare) but I think that may be due to the fact I used the wrong kind of pan (a high edged casserole dish). Thanks again for the great recipe.
