Lemon-Rosemary Roast Chicken

Reviewed: May 13, 2006
I cooked in Convection Oven, on a rack. Wonderful flavor and juicy. I added Fines Herbs to the mix and stuffed lemon slices under skin at breast.

Restaurant-Style Tequila Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2005
Recipe calls for a total cook time of 13 minutes; I used boneless 1/2 chicken breast and ounded them to make more even-I had to cook for at least 25 Minutes. I also used 1/4 CUP tequila and marinated 3 hours-the chicken was not that flavourful. The sauce, cheese and corn chips saved it though.I did wait and put cheese on in last 2 minutes. In my opinion this dish was just ok. It was fun to try-lots of ingredients, but easy!

Bean, Bacon and Pepper Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2005
I found the celery and onion taste far overpowered the bean flavor (and I used 4 extra ounces of bean). Just not to my liking, and alot of time cutting, chopping, saute and puree!

Perfect Pressure Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2005
Ok, I thought the Dry Ranch and Italian packets seems really odd, but I made it because of the ratings! This was very flavorful-I added a bit of Gravy Master Seasoning and Browning sauce at the end when I thicked sauce because I prefer a "browner, more beefy flavor". I'm glad I did not trim fat, as the sauce was not greasy but I'm sure it added flavor. I also added one large CARROT which is mashed in to the sauce at end for a bit of sweetness. Served w/mashed potatoes and green beans. Very nice supper! Thanks.

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2005
I am Hungarian and tend to love paprika which lead me to this recipe (rub). I thought the paprika taste was too overpowering. I was leery of the cayenne, as I don't care for spicy flavors, but the cayenne was not really detectable. I'll try this again, but reduce paprika, maybe increase garlic!

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2005
I've made this twice now. Very easy and simple, yet elegant and has a wonderful taste. The sauce is a little thin so I doubled the flour and that did the trick for me. I also used half and half which worked out fine. Thanks for the recipe!

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2004
I too was sceptical-not having made mac & cheese at home (love Stouffers frozen). I was sure to mix well and cook the flour and butter, but it still came out tasting like Flour-not Cheese. Very dry. I'll try another recipe next time.

I was looking for LOW FAT, and thought this fit the bill! Easy, quick, and I added a garlic black pepper plus some fresh basil! I also just used canned Chicken Stock instead of the boullion.

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

I also took advise of others and seasoned the loins about 30 min. before adding the breadcrumbs and cooking. I added granulated garlic, ground pepper, salt and celery salt. I also added Fine Herbs to the breadcrumb mixture. No complaints here! Quick and easy!

I thought an hour and a half seemed too long, so I read some reviews and agreed-I cooked for 1/2 hour then added saud for another 1/2 hour cooking and it was wonderful. Try this one tonight!

Chicken is not my favorite thing to make, but surprisingly, this was super easy, foolproof, and tasted great! I used breasts only & served with fresh green beans. Thanks for the recipe!
