Grilled Marinated Shrimp
What a delightful surprise! followed the recipe, minus the tomato paste - just spaced out. Used easy peel extra large shrimp and marinated and grilled it with the shell on. Used Franks hot sauce for the hot pepper sauce. Deliciously moist and delightfully flavored. Surprisingly good.

Simple Broiled Haddock
very simple and very delish. A great easy way to make fish on a weeknight. Had .79 lb. haddock but didn't alter the spice content. tossed in celery salt as another reviewer mentioned. my oven heats evenly and is true to temperature but the broiler (electric) never seems as hot as some others - took a smaller piece out at 9 mins and a larger at 12. Thanks Nicole! UPDATE: I really love this dish - lately have been serving it with Tzatziki - a perfect foil to the spicy haddock. btw this same recipe did not work nearly as well with Halibut - not sure why but likely multiple reasons - texture being the main one.

Remoulade Sauce a la New Orleans
Yippee Cahyeah!!!! Holy cow, you cookincowgirls you. I was looking for something other than the usual cocktail sauce for shrimp and I found it! Did not have a few items on hand - used grey poupon, didn't have chili sauce or green olives, so I doubled up on the celery and included some finely chopped tender celery leaves. Chilled it - which is critical to let the flavors blend - and it is really good. Thanks so much for the great recipe. This will become a staple at my house. UPDATE APRIL 2015 - made this recipe substituting fat free greek yogurt for the mayo. Delish!
