just a little tip for you all,, dust rolled dough with flour , roll in a tight roll and cut with a pair of sissors. toss cut pasta in a bowl of flour and shake off excess, you can make any length of paste useing this method and so quick

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

this was excellent !! i used Clssico pesto sauce & provolone chesse. I put the rooled breasts down the middle of my baking dish, then filled in each side with chunky cut carrots tossed in the rest of the pesto , so yummy on the carrots , plus a little chiken broth in the bottom just to keep the chicke from drying,, i did cover with foil for about 40 minutesthen uncovered and added some more cheese acrosss the top of the chicke

Ritzy Chicken Livers

OMG !! wonderful, a great aternative to frying. that said, i love garlic so i had to add some, i would like a little more coating so next time i will do a double dip, but all in all a very good starting recipe to add or deleat seasoning as you like

Pumpkin Spice Cake II

Made this on thursday and served it on saturday at work for a birthday,, OMG,, this was like a loaf of pumpkin pie, absolutly wonderful, I did doulbel the recipe so i could make a large bundt pan, also i added 1tsp grd cloves, 1tsp nutmeg and 1 tsp allspice, topped with cream cheese frosting, also i live in az. so i always cover my cake very quickly after they come out of the oven and get them in the fridge as quickly as possible, this keeps them very moist so they don't get to dry in our low humidity. will be making this again and again !!!

very good,after reading the reviews i also decreased the liquid,,, i used a hearty sourdough french bread,dried in the oven,, thought it would be really good to use a raisin bread, 1/2c milk, 1c eggnog,
