Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2015
just quick note for those who thought the chili to be to thin, I always keep a small bag of Massa flour on hand to thicken my chili with, as I like the beans in my chili to be whole. with Massa you can easily thicken to your liking.

A Simply Perfect Roast Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2014
a good basic recipe, the only tips I have is to be totally sure youre bird is fully thawed, also I always use a electric roaster no oven space wasted , set the temp put the lid on and never open until the cooking is over ( 15 minutes per pound )always a moist and flavorful bird. I highly recommend the investment in large electric roaster ( 40 bucks) you will be glad you did

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2010
this was excellent !! i used Clssico pesto sauce & provolone chesse. I put the rooled breasts down the middle of my baking dish, then filled in each side with chunky cut carrots tossed in the rest of the pesto , so yummy on the carrots , plus a little chiken broth in the bottom just to keep the chicke from drying,, i did cover with foil for about 40 minutesthen uncovered and added some more cheese acrosss the top of the chicke

Pumpkin Spice Cake II

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
Made this on thursday and served it on saturday at work for a birthday,, OMG,, this was like a loaf of pumpkin pie, absolutly wonderful, I did doulbel the recipe so i could make a large bundt pan, also i added 1tsp grd cloves, 1tsp nutmeg and 1 tsp allspice, topped with cream cheese frosting, also i live in az. so i always cover my cake very quickly after they come out of the oven and get them in the fridge as quickly as possible, this keeps them very moist so they don't get to dry in our low humidity. will be making this again and again !!!
