Foolproof Rib Roast
All I can say is THANK YOU Salsiepie, whole ribeyes were on sale so I got 1 thinking I would try 1 more time,(I 1/2 a whole one for 2) First time i cooked one it tasted like a $100 pot roast so I was extremely scared to say the least, this was a trial run for christmas an let me tell you we will have it for Easter as well. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN it works, I aslo did a Kosher Salt Crust that made it very tender. Thanks agan.....An why do ppl who love it an had rave reviews give 4 stars come on REALLY!
