Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
This is a great way for a busy person to have a delicious dinner ready when they get home. My only concern was using the aluminum foil at the bottom of slow cooker so I gave it 4 stars. I am sure it would leach out aluminum into the meal and that is very dangerous for your body. I only use stainless steel or ceramic in my cookware for this reason. A good idea would be to put all the veggies on the bottom or even use a SS rack to fit under the chicken to keep it from sticking or burning. This chicken dinner was delicious. I added carrots, onions, celery and rutabaga ( it's like a turnip that my mom always added to some chicken dishes) and spiced it up a bit with garlic, poultry seasoning, and S&P. My family loves this. I put it all in a bowl in fridge in the evening and just pop it in the slow cooker in the am and we are good to go! My neighbors can actually smell the flavorful aromas coming from my house before we even arrive home!

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
I was looking for a recipe with the ingredients I had on hand for my "chocolate fix". I made it exactly as given but added walnut pieces at the end of mixing. I used a high speed KitchenAid mixer and mixed for about 4 min. Maybe wasn't necessary to mix so long, but I wanted it to be real creamy and it was. I folded in the walnuts with a wooden spoon. It set up nicely in the fridge after about 4 hours. This recipe is fantastic if you don't have everything on hand such as chocolate chips or marshmallows. I will make it often for me and my family since it is so very easy, tastes terrific, and satisfies my cravings. Thanks for posting it!

Oven Roasted Potatoes
These oven roasted potatoes come out perfect for serving to family or guests. I have been making these for years, and my family always asks for them as a side. I skip the dill weed and marjoram since my family prefers it without. I also add fresh, course ground black pepper. I use the minced garlic from a jar (seem to run out of fresh garlic) and top them with a sprinkling of paprika before baking for a nice roasted color. They are so easy to prepare and I always line the cookie sheet with heavy duty foil so clean up is a breeze. These go great as a side dish with any kind of beef, pork, chicken and even fish.
