Orange Glazed Carrots

We loved these carrots. I didn't have orange juice, so I used fresh grapefruit juice (sweet). It was still good, so it must be even better with OJ.

There were so many good ingredients in this fajita recipe that I thought they would taste better than the ones I make with plain fajita seasoning. All we could taste was the chili powder, which I don't particularly like.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Great and very easy. My husband loved it and told me to save this recipe. My 1-yr-old and 4-yr-old both liked it also. I too baked at 375 for 30 min and then broiled for 5 min. Added sauteed mushrooms when it was cooked.
