Gravy Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2008
I got great reviews using this recipe and it was my first time to make pork chops. I added sauteed mushrooms and onions to the gravy sauce, served over rice. Thanks for the recipe!

Mexican Pizza

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
I couldn't wait to try this. I hate to stray from the orginial recipe the first time around so instead of the crossaint crust I used "Pizza Crust for the bread machine II" from this site. I didn't add tomatoes, olives or lettuce because of family preference. Will make again! Thanks!

Followed recipe as written! Can't believe I made my own! Loved the flavor and it baked up so nicely... great crunch on the outside but soft inside! Thanks so much!

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2008
Thank you! I had almost given up on my bread machine. I tried the recipes included with the machine, various ones from websites and newsletters - this is the best! Followed the recipe as written and set the machine on "light". This is so great... thank you, thank you!

Dirty Diapers

These were really good! I used the whole triangle instead of cutting them down. Didn't have pickles on hand but used relish instead, yum! Served with ketchup & mustard on the side. Thanks!

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
I have been making these for a few years. I found the recipe in an issue of Kraft "Food & Family" mag. They suggest scraping the filling out of the Oreo's, although it is time consuming I have done it. Both ways are great though and I am always asked for the recipe. I usually top some with chopped pecans, some I drizzle melted white chocolate across and some get the crushed Oreo's. The variety is so pretty!
