Mom's Ginger Snaps

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

I would have given this recipe 5 stars but I altered the recipe as suggested by other reviewers. With an added 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 tbsp baking soda and half salt these turned out great!

Buffalo Chicken Fingers

This is a good recipe but not really buffalo tasting. If you want a nice spicy, not gooey strip/tender do as others have mentioned and marinate the strips in your fave hot sauce (I like French's). I then replace 2 eggs with one, mixed with 1/2 cup of hot sauce, then dip in the breadcrumbs mixture. And if you really want to simply things, use shake n bake instead of breadcrumbs. Quick, easy and delicious!

Fluffy Biscuits

These were great on their own, but I also made them with 1/2 c of chopped pickled jalapeños and 1 c of grated sharp cheddar and they were delish! Now a favorite at potlucks! Thanks for sharing!

These are very good! I agree though that meat does not have to be precooked, 8 minutes is ample time to steam a Tbsp pf pork.

Playgroup Granola Bars

I made these bars and they turned out great. I substituted wheat germ for bran , because that's all I had, also half of the oil for orange juice and a mixture of nuts instead of raisins. I am anxious to try more variations!

I have made this recipe several times and everyone I have cooked it for loves it! I make a delicious sauce with the broth using only cornstarch, to serve over spatzle or noodles. I wouldn't change anything about this recipe, it's fantastic the way it is! Thanks for sharing.
