Johnsonville Italian Meatballs

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2013
The family LOVED these! I was out of Parmesan and didn't realize it until I started putting these together so I subbed in Asiago cheese. They were delicious. I will try them next time with Parm. And I may try a batch with half sausage, half beef. This recipe is a keeper!

Oven-Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: May 21, 2012
I thought these potatoes were great! And incredibly easy. I used olive oil instead of butter (just eyeballed it until they looked coated) and added in some garlic powder. I also diced a half of a large onion. I cooked the dish for an hour at 350, then had to bump up the temp to 400 and cooked them for another 10-15 minutes. Next time I think I will dice the potatoes smaller (bite size) so each bite has the yummy seasoning mixture. This recipe was a great way to use up some potatoes!

These pickles were AMAZING! We brought them to a party and they were devoured within minutes. I followed the recipe exactly and we fried them in our small Fry Daddy. Perfection.

Black Bean Hummus

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
Incredible! I made it exactly as written, minus the olives which I just didn't have on hand. I brought it to a tailgate yesterday and it was gobbled up in a matter of seconds. A great, great dip!

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

Reviewed: May 10, 2011
Awesome! I cooked some garlic, onions and mushrooms in olive oil, then added in some leftover beef from the Asian Beef Skewers from this site, then added in rice I had made last night. A bit of soy sauce and voila! Dinner is served. So easy and so tasty.

Make Ahead Manicotti

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
Loved it! I made mine the night before then just popped it in the oven an hour before dinner. Super easy and very tasty. I took the advice of others and put the filling in a ziploc bag so I could pipe it into the shells.

Macaroni and Cheese V

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2010
Yum! The onion and mustard gave it a great flavor (although neither of my kids would eat it). I left the bread crumb topping off as others suggested.

Fantastic and incredibly easy. I followed the advice of others and used diced zucchini (instead of shredded). I also added garlic and diced onions. Yum!
