Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Made this for Thanksgiving - it was a huge hit. Did as others suggested - added 1/2 cup of sour cream, used pumpkin pie filling instead of puree and omitted spices. Also baked for an hour and then turned off oven, left the door open and sat there for 45 mins before refrigerating overnight. Defo a keeper!!

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

This was so so good...added extra bacon but pretty much kept the same - good thing I made extra as not only did we have seconds - but thirds - it was that good!!! Served with the toasted garlic bread and a green salad.

Easy Lasagna II

Boy was this ever good....I've been looking for a quick and easy to put together lasagna recipe for a while now - this takes no time at all - I added some spinach to it which was good...definitely on my recipe list from now on.

Chicken Korma II

Loved this...did as others suggested and cut corners with the steps...definite keeper - making again this weekend..YUM...UPDATE: Made this several times now....(1) Substitute creme fraiche and coconut milk for cream/yoghurt - works just as good and saves a few calories (2) Shred the chicken - really works well (3) Indian chili powder can be hard to get so just add crushed chilli/red pepper flakes to spice it up a bit to your own preference (4) Add raisins - adds a sweet/tang to the dish which works great (5) Add a little more cornflour than suggested to thicken up the sauce (6) I also add mushrooms just coz I like them....all in all I will be making this again and again and again....we're hooked!!

Spicy Orange Beef

This was just so good...we loved it - it was just so quick and easy to make - did as others suggested and left out the orange zest, marinaded beef in orange juice for a couple of hours - added snow peas and water chestnuts - this is a definite keeper...

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This was FAB and looked great - I followed one review and baked for an hour and left in the oven for a further hour before refrigerating....this worked just great. Definitely double the cookie base - I would not add any sugar as if you use oreo cookies this is enough sweetness.....my husband's favorite - he says I should make this and sell it - it is that good!!!

World's Best Lasagna

This was SOOO good - one tip - use all the meat sauce...I thought there was too much so left some out....it then tasted drier than it should....so layer it on...use more than the 1½ cups it suggests between layers....

Asian Orange Chicken

This was EXCELLENT..I made the sauce in a different pan from the chicken so they were cooked at the same time and then just poured over the chicken..would probably make more sauce the next time as it was just so good...definitely make again SOON

This was just delicious....I messed up on the sauce but decided to leave it out altogether and just serve the chicken with rice and the wine/bouillon grizzled over the top....DELIC...definitely be cooking this one again!

Cajun Appetizer Meatballs

I made these for a pot luck - they were gone in no time!! I kept hearing people talking about those "yummy" meatballs - and then got people asking me for the recipe. Followed the recipe to the "tee" - so easy to make - I only discovered this recipe a week ago and have made them 3 times since as my family love them - works perfectly - tastes wonderful - thank you for sharing this.
