I am a 21 year old culinary school graduate, however i decided not to presue my cooking career because i like food as a form of art, and working in restraunts can suck the art right out of it so i usually just cook for friends. I am a vegitarian and usually cook with high quality organic foods.
My favorite things to cook
I love Indian food and Japanese food. Even though i said i was a vegitarian, i do make an exception for japanese food. I love to use exotic flavors and new creative ideas. I also love to use local foods that i have harvested myself like mushrooms, fruits and seaweed. I am very into raw nutritious foods.
My favorite family cooking traditions
using freash home grown food! my family has always been resourceful cooking mostly food that we have grown from our own garden.
My cooking triumphs
Though i do not eat meat (except sushi) i can cook it amazingly, and will offer recipes in the future. Most of my friends are amazed how i can make 5 course meals with the little food they have in their appartment.
My cooking tragedies
i've been through my fair share from cooking for so long, especially through culinary school. i remember the worst thing i made when i was 11 years old was peanut butter ranch top ramen, i donot reccamend. also a casadia with smoked mozerella and bbq sauce. Disgusting!! however baked bean, pickle and popcorn sandwitchs are pretty good!
