Soft Giant Pretzels
Supremely easy to make and very tasty. So good in fact that I am trying to learn how to adapt this recipe to gluten free.

Bubba's Best BBQ Sauce
The only sub I made was liquid smoke for the mustard and a whole can of tomatoes for the sauce (about 1 and a half cups, not 1). This sauce benefits from a long slow reduction. If you taste before you get it nice and thick it will not impress, but after. Divine.

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
Excellent Kansas City style barbeque sauce! I did omit the salt because with the ketchup and tomato sauce it had plenty of sodium in it. Other than that, followed to a t. This is definitely better than the bottled sauce at the store and no preservatives!
