I also went with all the reviews and added the extra pumpkin as CIRCEKITTY suggested, as I like a more dense bar. I also doubled the frosting recipe and frosted the bars rather than a dollop. It was a little too much frosting, and tasted strongly of butter. I will look for a different recipe for the frosting next time, or just half the butter. Thanks for the recipe and suggestions. Edit/Update Finally found a frosting recipe that I LOVE: 3 ounces cream cheese - soften
3/4 stick of butter soften
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 TBLS. milk
I usually double it since I love frosting :)
