Moroccan Chicken and Whole Grain Couscous
This was really wonderful and full of flavor if you make a few slight changes. I doubled every spice and added 2 tablespoons of garlic to the onion as it was cooking (I do admit I love garlic but the overall stew didn't have an overpowering garlic flavor at all). I also added salt liberally at several points, while the stew was cooking. I added one chopped sweet potato when I added the chicken and it gave the stew an absolutely delicious little extra something, while helping to thicken it at the same time. Definitely let it simmer for as long as possible to let the flavors blend and to thicken. Absolutely delicious! I will definitely be adding this to my regular dinner rotation!!

Turtle Cheesecake
I make this cheesecake using Chantal's cheesecake recipe for the actual cake part. Everytime I make it, it comes out amazing and I get BEGGED to bring it to every family get together.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This is amazing, every time I make it. I do shut the oven off after its done baking, and let the cheesecake sit in it overnight. However,I would be careful to remove the foil-wrapped spring form pan from the waterbath when you are letting it cool, as water can eventually seep into the bottom of the springform pan.
