Easy & great tasting! Keep well in the freezer, so one batch could last for several occasions!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2011
Loved it! I used "simply fruit" from Smuckers I believe instead of the real raspberry sauce. It simplified it and I don't think the flavor was compromised at all. GREAT recipe - thank you!

Wonderful! Used some apple butter, and that was nice. Seasoned meat while on the stove. A keeper!!

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2010
Enjoyed this very much! Make a couple extra shells in case some fall apart during boiling if you care that they're all in shell form.

Margarita Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2010
It was good, I just got more citrus flavor out of it than margarita. I will try glazing when it's cool next time...and there will be a next time.

Love this! I used cashews as the nuts & the sweet/salty flavor was a hit!

Apricot Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2009
Tasty & tangy! It helped to reduce the salty/blah flavor in a pre-marinated purchased pork tenderloin. Will definitely be using this again.

Biggest Bestest Burger

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2008
Cut the salt (either in half or completely) & it's a tasty burger! If you find you need a little salt, it's easy enough to shake on later.

Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2008
I'm in love!! So easy, and incredibly yummy & peanut-buttery. Perfect! I made this in a 9 x 9 Tupperware square & just made my own graham cracker crust, so it wasn't in the pie shape, but one you'd cut in squares. My mom was putting it together & accidentally put some peanut butter cups on top of the peanut butter mixture before we had the top whipped cream layer done, and that was actually kind of nice - the chunks of cups within it were a tasty surprise. Huge hit!

Sweet and Sour Meatballs I

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2008
Nice & easy, but the meat was really flavorless. Seems like it improved after being refrigerated for a day & also sitting in some spices I added to it in order to give it a more well-rounded flavor. It might be a great sauce with pre-made meatballs or some with a little more life.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2008
So it's 85 degrees in Minnesota today, and I can't get enough of this meal! :-) It's amazing and easy and tasty and flexible. I did use 1 can cream of celery & 1 cream of chicken rather than 2 cream of chicken. I also added some seasoned salt & garlic pepper. Make sure to use a regular/medium sized crock pot, as the dumplings REALLY pop up!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2008
I could eat this 3 times a week and enjoy every bite! I used cheap frozen chicken breasts, and the marinade made them taste like premium cuts! I sent this to all my friends to share in my good fortune finding this recipe! I will cut salt next time, but it was still simply scrumptious!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2007
Amazing! Use a Pampered Chef small scoop or something of the sorts to at least get them in consistent bite-sized balls. I used strawberry cake, vanilla frosting (thanks to the suggestion of another user), then dipped in almond bark or chocolate bark, a little wax, and a little vegetable oil, and these little things are a DREAM! The different variations sound AWESOME. I am telling the world about them! EASY, EASY, EASY!!! Even the dipping was easy! I do this in a 3 step process not necessarily all in 1 day - mix the frosting & cake, use the PC small scoop to put each ball in a pan, refrigerate (I've had them in the fridge almost a week before moving to the next step), then roll them into actual balls by hand & dip when they're still cool. So easy. I recently used lemon cake/lemon frosting & almond bark. Interesting, and something different than chocolate.

Easy Skillet Chicken a la King

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2007
Fantastic! It looked easy, so I left it for my husband to make while I was occupied, and he thought it was VERY easy and tasty. We served it over garlic-cheese biscuits. Leftovers look wonderful, and this recipe will live forever in our household! Thank you!!!

Country House Bed and Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2006
Great recipe to use as a basic. I only had enough dry mustard for 1 pan, but made 2. The 2nd pan, I just threw in several different spices (one of which was Tastefully Simple's Spinach and Herb mis), and that one was better than the plain one. However, my sister who doesn't prefer real flavorful stuff preferred the one where I followed the recipe. I really appreciate having a recipe that is a great basic that I can add to and enjoy many variations of. I added more croutons - maybe used a cup total? And a bit more than a cup of ham. SO tasty! Thanks!
