Fabulous Fargozas
A fantastic savory muffin. I made them to go with a batch of homemade turkey/veggie soup. I made a few slight modifications: used onion powder instead of fresh (about 1 tsp maybe more), garlic powder instead of fresh (1/2 tsp.), and ground rosemary (cut to 1 tsp b/c the ground stuff is so strong) For the cheese, I used a Italian shredded blend (it was mozzarella, asiago, provolone, etc). But I stayed true the recipe. This is a great recipe. Mine baked in 22 minutes directly in the tin (no liners). The result was a nice golden brown "crust" all around the muffin and tender moist interior. YUM! Kids and adults loved it. Will definitely make these again! Thanks for the wonderful muffin recipe!

Pear Pie III
Wonderful. Following other reviews, I increased the butter and pears. I had bosc pears, so sliced them thin, used 5 to make 3 spiral layers. The pears kept their shape nicely. Also added 1 tsp. Pampered chef's Cinnamon Plus spice blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, orange peel). I think next time I will try putting the filling on the bottom, then the pears (has anyone tried that?) - the filling covered all my pretty layers. My 6 yr old boy loved it.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing
This was sooooo tasty. I used this as the dressing on the Greek Orzo Salad from this site. I pared down the servings to 10 and had enough left over for a couple of dinner salads. I did not use all the salt, just a generous shake. Thanks for the great recipe.
