These were really easy to make and they came out great. I tweaked it a bit. Instead of the herbs I substituted it for Italian Seasoning. I also added garlic powder. I also took someother reviewers suggestion and instead of soaking the chicken in butter I used milk

Country Quiche

I liked this quiche a lot I changed it a tad I used Monterey Jack and blue cheese. It had really nice flavor and it was even better the next day heated up. I also took another reviewers advice and baked the crust a little first.

Beer Lime Grilled Chicken

Absolutely delicious chicken. I tweaked it a little. Instead of using cilantro I used dried Italian seasoning and only 1 tablespoon. Also after marinating I sprinkled all of them with "poultry magic" seasoning. Absolutely delicious. Definitely will make again. Just a suggestion. I served it with couscous and spinach. Very good.

Amazing Chicken

I love this chicken and so does my mom. I took one reviewer's suggestion and sprayed cooking spray on the coating to make it crispier. The chicken was moist and tender. Definitely will be making again

Simple Lemon Herb Chicken

This was delicious. Flavorful, juicy, and tender. The lemon flavor was refreshing. Instead of using regular Oregano I used Italian Seasoning (with Oregano). Turned out great. Definitely will make it again.

Ranch Burgers

I really enjoyed these burgers and so did my mom. I left out the onions and substituted crackers for plain bread crumbs. I didn't have 2 pounds of ground beef I only had 1 and a quarter pounds and the one packet was plenty. You really dont need any condiments. I just used lettuce and tomatoes and topped them with mozzarilla cheese. Yummooo!!!
