bake at 375 for 30 minutes. put lots of marinara sauce on bottom of dish. brown both sides quickly in fry pan before baking.....1 minute per side MAX

Scalloped Potatoes II

make the roux with butter/flour and add milk. Heat again and add 1/2 cup parmesan. I used glass flat casserole only 2 layers of potatoes. 425 until milk boils and turn to 350 for 45 minutes.

katie and brian loved these. so easy to make. add mexican rice. use the enchilada recipe. GREAT! Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot. Serve with lettuce on plate
