Swiss Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2010
This was so great tasting! I didn't have any breadcrumbs, so I made my own with french bread and italian seasonings. Then after I baked the chicken, I used my convectional oven and browned it real good. It was beautiful as well as , as my husband said, :This is a 4 star hotel recipe".

Baked Bar-be-Que Chicken

Reviewed: May 18, 2010
I sprinkled on onion powder and garlic powder while baking. That smell from the kitchen alone was wonderful. And then when I added the sauce, there was another wonderful smell, I made a cheese sauce and served it over steamed broccoli, and homeade garlic bread. WOW! Thanks!

We loved this recipe. I baked in my convection oven and they were so crisp in no time. The flavor of this baked skin was almost as awesome as the stuff that went inside. Thanks for posting.

Kielbasa Pasta Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2009
I don't usually modify recipes except I only use fresh ingredients in my recipes. I used my own canned stewed tomatoes (they smell like I just cut up the peppers, onions and tomatoes). I also used fresh parley and basil that I grow. I didn't see any sense in cooking the kielbasa in oil. I just browned it, I put in a lot of fresh garlic and crushed dried hot peppers, and topped with homeade bread crumbs and pepper jack cheese. It was great. Thanks for the this great recipe.

Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
I have been making this from a southern living cookbook. Rub the roast in worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and then rub rock salt all over. It helps it to stick I use a kitchen mallet to crack the rock salt off the roast. What a great recipe!

Wonderful recipes. I went a little overboard on the cinnamon, but it was still one of the best muffins I put in my mouth.
